| 摘 要： | 罗马共和国时期土地制度发生了明显的变化。共和国早期是公私并存、以国家公有为主导的土地制度，采取中小型土地经营方式；共和国晚期，公有土地私有化膨胀，大土地所有制迅速发展。不同时期的土地制度对当时的阶级关系、政治斗争、政治制度以及政治观念都产生了不同的影响。

| Abstract: | The land system has undergone an obvious change during the Roman Republic.The early Republic adopted a public-private co-existence and the public plays a dominant role.The country took a small and medium land management.In later Republic,private ownership was inflatedand large land management grew rapidly.Different land systems have different influences on class relations,political stuggle,political system and political ideas. |
