垂直市场结构下相似品反倾销税率的确定

反倾销税是政府维持国际贸易公平、保护国内产业健康发展的重要决策工具。本文的研究基于包含上下游企业的相似品国际贸易市场。在完全信息动态博弈模式下,通过逆向归纳法求出Stackelberg均衡下的最优反倾销税率模型,表明最优税率的制定与市场容量、相似品替代系数、国内外上游制造商的边际生产成本这四个因素有关。得出的结论,对于政府制定反倾销税率来保证本国社会福利最大化具有现实的参考意义。
