| 摘 要： | 采用乙醇、氯仿等溶剂将槟榔果中槟榔碱等成分提取出来,再通过滴加氢溴酸生成槟榔碱氢溴酸盐结晶将槟榔碱从总碱中分离出来,与AgNO3反应使槟榔碱氢溴酸盐脱溴可以得到纯度较高的槟榔碱.实验结果表明,槟榔鲜果烘干至50%质量后,槟榔碱质量分数减少53%,槟榔碱的提取率为80%左右,槟榔碱纯度为95%(w). |

| Abstract: | Arecoline and other organics were extracted from areca nut with alcohol and chloroform.Then,arecoline hydrobromide could be crystallized from the mixture,and arecoline was obtained by debromination with AgNO3.Experiment results indicated that the content of arecoline in the dry areca nut is 47% of that in fresh areca nut.80% of arecoline can be extracted from the areca nut with a purity(w)of 95%. |
