模糊推理算法在FMS故障诊断与维修系统中的应用

摘    要:结合FMS故障诊断与维修系统,利用模糊数学的有关概念和方法,对FMS故障诊断与维修系统故障规则库中模糊规则的模糊前提和模糊匹配等概念进行了定义和说明。提出了FMS故障诊断与维修系统应采用肯定后件式的反向模糊推理形式。给出了一种模糊隶属度函数的计算方法,并解决了如何确定证据的不确定性测度问题。利用多重阈值将证据的不确定性测度隶属区间进行划分,并用语言变量形式将不确定性测度表示出来。

Abstract:By using the concepts and methods of fuzzy logic, the fuzzy premise and matching of the fuzzy rules in the knowledge base of FMS fault diagnosis and maintenance system (FMSFDMS) developed by the authors were defined and explained. The GMT fuzzy logic reasoning method employed by FMSFDMS was presented, and a way for determining the uncertainty measure membership function of the hypothesis finding was also discussed. For the convenience of human machine interaction, the uncertainty measure membership values of the finding were divided by the multiple thresholds, and then expressed by the linguistic variables.
