流感灭活疫苗生产二次收获的研究

流行性感冒（以下简称“流感”）的重要性是可引起严重的发病率和死亡率。流感疫苗的研究迄今年有50多年的历史，是目前唯一可行的流感预防措施。流感灭活疫苗生产二次收获的研究是尽最大的可能将一次收获后的鸡胚尿囊腔中残存的尿液、病毒络合物的沉淀、细胞内未释放的病毒和病毒残片二次收获回来。该方法可降低成本，提高效价，增加收获量。本实验根据渗透压原理，向第一次收获后的鸡胚尿囊腔中加入一定量的高渗液体，然后二次收获。小量试验三次，其结果为使用8．5％NaCl血凝效价为1：128，M/7．5PBS血凝效价为1：256，原液对照分别为1：100及1：128。根据小量结果大量收6批二次苗，其血凝效价可达到1：160以上，收率为第一次收获的70％左右，上述结果表明，流感灭活疫苗的二次收获是可行的。

RESEARCH ROR SECOND HARVEST OF INACTIVE INFLUFNZA VACCINE

It's over fifty yeare since the reseach for inactive influenza vaccine. The second harvest of influenza vaccine as colleeting survival virus; virus complex sediments; the virus unreleased in the cells and the virus fragments the first harvest as best as we can it could made a low cost . Good harvest and high virus titer.According to the permeabity, the high permeant fluid we added to the allantoic cavites of eggs than harvested. The vims titer was 1: 128 in 8 .5% Nace solution ; 1: 256 in M/7 .5 PBS controls ware 1: 100and 1: 128 separaely on a small scale test. The virus titer was over 1: 100 and harvest rate was 70% of the first harvest on a largr scale test. An ablut result shows that second harvest of inactive influenza vaccine in possibility.
