| 摘 要： | 我国高校毕业生就业形势日趋严峻。文章通过分析造成这一难题的根本原因，提出必须通过实现区域经济协调发展；实现高校学生培养模式及就业指导方式的转变；实规转变毕业生就业心态的基本思路以解决目前日趋严重的毕业生就业难题。

| Abstract: | The employment tendency of national undergraduates is getting worse. This paper analyzes the fundamental reasons of this problem, and pointed out that the development of local economy coordination must be executed, thus the solution to current employment puzzle is to change the traditional foster model and the form of job guide, as well as to help transit the attitude of graduates toward employment. |
