| 摘 要： | 首先提出了球头立铣刀前刀面的加工数学模型,根据PMAC可实现多轴控制特点,设计了一台四轴联动的球头立铣刀专用刃磨设备,实验验证了球头立铣刀前刀面数学模型的正确性及刃磨设备的可行性。

| Abstract: | The mathematical model for grinding rake face of ball-nose end milling cutter was established,and a set of 4-axis NC grinding equipment for machining the ball-nose end milling cutter was designed according to the multi-axis control feature of PMAC,As the experiment shown,the mathematical model for grinding rake face of ball-nose end milling cutter is correct,and the NC grinding equipment is feasible. |
