MATLAB在异形曲面加工中的应用

摘    要:设计某双臂机器人结构用于异形曲面加工 .为确定该机器人各关节的驱动电机型号 ,以加工椭球为例进行动力学分析 ,用MATLAB语言编程 ,用逐点比较法求出两机械手各关节处应施加的最大驱动力 (力矩 ) .该方法解决了机械手在整个曲面空间中实施连续加工时的力矩计算问题 ,提高了计算速度和准确性 .

Abstract:A robot structure with double arms is designed to process special shaped surface. To select the type of driving electrical motor at each joint, an ellipsoid is taken as an to study dynamics of the robot, calculating the largest driving force (torque) at every joint of the two manipulators. The calculation is programmed in MATLAB with point by point comparison method so that continuous processing of the surface can be implemented by using this robot due to the fast and accurate calculation of the torque.
