| 摘 要： | 在构建同一的数据库基础上,建立了一套网上职称评审管理系统,介绍了网上职称申报系统的设计和实施过程,重点阐述了数据库的结构特点和系统的一些关键技术。系统运行结果表明,该系统规范了职称评审程序、提高了职称评审工作的效率。 |

| Abstract: | The online title assessing and management system has been established based on a database resource.The designing and implementing process of the system has been discussed in the present paper,and the system structure characteristics and some key techniques have been concerned.The implementation of the system shows that it rules the title assessing program and improves the efficiency of the title assessing. |
