| 摘 要： | 目的论是德国功能派的重要理论。其中的＂目的法则＂和＂忠诚原则＂是此理论的核心。＂目的法则＂可以解释文学翻译中的再创造现象。但文学翻译再创造必须有一个度,这个度是由＂忠诚原则＂来制约的。目的论中的这二者相互结合,互为补充,对文学翻译再创造及其创造度提供了合理的解释视角。

| Abstract: | This paper applies the skopos theory to analyze translator s re-creation and limitation,in terms of skopos rule and loyalty principle.It further points out that on one hand,the ＂skopos rule＂ can be applied to the re-creativity of literary translation,on the other hand the ＂loyalty principle＂ limits the translators as well. |
