水蒸汽蒸馏萃取-气相色谱法测定底泥样品中的硝基苯

摘    要:应用水蒸汽蒸馏萃取—气相色谱法测定了松花江底泥中的硝基苯含量.该方法的最低检出量为0.0016mg/kg,底泥样品中添加硝基苯标准溶液浓度范围为0.502mg/kg~0.0192 mg/kg,测定底泥样品回收率的范围为80.0%~85.3%.实验证明,水蒸汽蒸馏萃取—气相色谱法作为土壤和生物体内硝基苯含量的测定方法,有较低的检出限和比较稳定的回收率.

Abstract:The concentration of nitrobenzene in Songhua River sediment was determined by gas chromatograph using vapor distill-extraction.For the method,the lower detection limit was 0.0016 mg/Kg.The standard NB liquates which is added to the sample sediment is about 0.502 mg/kg~0.0192 mg/kg,and the recovery rate extension is about 80%~85.3%.The experiment proved there was lower detection limit and steadier recovery for gas chromatograph using vapor distill-extraction.as a method for the concentration of nitrobenzene being determined in soil and organism.
