摘    要:以甲基二氯硅烷(DCMS)和乙醇为原料,醇解制得中间体甲基二乙氧基硅烷,然后在Pt—C12H24Si4O4配合物催化剂(简称催化剂)的作用下,和烯丙基缩水甘油醚(AGE)进行硅氢加成反应制得γ-环氧丙氧基丙基甲基二乙氧基硅烷.考察了反应温度、滴加速度、以及溶剂对中间体甲基二乙氧基硅烷收率的影响;采用气相色谱-质谱(GC—MS)法对γ-环氧丙氧基丙基甲基二乙氧基硅烷的结构进行了表征,并考察了原料配比、反应温度、催化剂用量等条件对其收率的影响,得出了一个最佳反应条件.

Abstract:Methyldiethoxysilane was synthesized by the esterification reaction of methyldichlorosilane and ethanol in mixed inert solvents, then γ-glycidoxypropyl methyldiethoxysilane was synthesized from this silane and ally glycidyl ether through hydrosilication in the presence of Pt- C12H24Si4O4 catalyst . The effects of different solvents and reaction conditions on the alcoholysis were studied. The composition of products were determined by IR and GC - MS methods.
