| 摘 要： | 介绍了一种专门用于发酵设备的小型低成本集散控制系统 ,包括上位机、下位机、仪表和执行器等 上位机以DELPHI为开发平台 ,人机界面友好 ,并且很好地解决了与下位机的实时通讯 ;下位机以AT89C5 2为核心 ,采用大屏幕中文液晶显示 ,并配有大容量数据存储器 还介绍了温度、压力、流量、溶解氧、pH值、自动补料和消泡的控制方法

| Abstract: | A small-sized DCS system of low cost fermentation is introdu ce d ,which includes up computer,down computer,instrument and executor. Up comput er uses DELPHI as the development platform,and has a good user interface.The re al time communication with down computer is also well resolved. Down computer's core is AT89C52.It adopts a big LCD screen which displays Chinese characters. I t is also equipped with a big capacity data memorizer.And the methods for contr olling such factors as temperature, pressure, flux, oxygen-solution, pH value, auto-material-supplement and auto-defoamer are also introduced. |
