| 摘 要： | 当事人诉讼协助义务是当事人在诉讼中负有的程序性协助义务,其目的是发现真实、平衡当事人之间力量的强弱对比、实现善良和公正。当事人诉讼协助义务的加强是适应诉讼观的变化和诉讼日趋复杂的需要,主要表现为阐释义务、提交义务、容忍义务以及其他的一些协助义务。

| Abstract: | The assisting obligation of litigants in the civil lawsuit is a kind of procedural obligation.Its aim is to find out the truth,to balance the litigants' power and to realize goodness and fairness.To strengthen the obligation aims to meet the needs of the changeable and complicated lawsuit.It includes the obligations of clarification,delivery,toleration and so on. |
