摘    要:运用水质评价标准的指标数值变异系数确定其权重,提出了新的用于水质综合评价的属性识别模型。采用松花江哈尔滨江段的水质监测资料说明该方法的操作过程以及评价结果的可靠性。评价结果表明,松花江哈尔滨江段的水质已达Ⅲ级,符合实际的水质状况。该结果与层次分析法所得的结果相同,从而验证了该模型用于水质综合评价是可行的。

Abstract:The index weight is decided by the variation coefficient of the value of evaluated indexes of water quality standard. A new attribute recognition model is built up. The used process and the reliability of this method are explained by real survey to water quality data of a certain Harbin reach of the Songhua River. The result shows that the water quality of a certain Harbin reach of the Songhua River reaches grade Ⅲ. This result is coherent to the real condition and in conformity with that of the analytic hierarchy process(AHP) method. It validates that the new model is feasible in synthetic evaluation of the water quality.
