| Abstract: | In this article,we introduce the functional framework and the properties of individual functional modular of a B/S based party affairs management information system for Chengdu railway bureau. The security mechanism of the system has been analyzed,with the emphasis on introducing the technique of generating the dynamic organization tree for users with different priorities when they login. |
