微米及纳米级微粒的分离与操控研究进展

摘    要:随着微/纳米技术的发展,寻求一种微/纳米粒子有效的分离操控技术是实现其应用的关键.本文综述了微/纳米级微粒分离操控的几种常用技术,并且着重介绍了介电泳的基本理论以及它在微/纳米级微粒分离操控的研究进展及其应用前景.

Abstract:With the development of micro/nano technologies it is a key to seek an effective technology for micro/nano particle manipulation to realize its application.This paper summarizes several common separation and manipulation technologies for the micro/nano-scale particles.Additionally,it introduces emphatically the basic dielectrophoresis theory and its research progress and application prospect on separation and manipulation of micro/nano particles.
