摘    要:针对复杂电磁环境下雷达信号快速聚类分选问题,提出了一种采用变精度粗糙集改进的基于相邻脉冲相似性的快速聚类分选方法。原有方法计算相似度时加权矩阵由专家给定或由经验而定,未考虑到雷达辐射源属性,造成聚类分选结果准确率不高。改进方法利用变精度粗糙集获取雷达辐射源各属性特征参数的权重,由其权重构成最优特征加权矩阵,进而计算相似度,然后基于相邻脉冲相似性对雷达信号进行快速聚类分选。仿真表明,改进方法相比原有方法保持了快速分选的能力,并且将聚类分选准确率提高了5.93%,是一种解决复杂环境下雷达信号快速聚类分选的新方法。

Abstract:Aimed at the fast clustering sorting of radar signals under complex conditions, a fast clustering sorting method of radar signals by using similarity of border pulse is proposed, which is improved by the variable precision rough set model. When original method computes similarity, the weighting matrix is given by experts or experience, so it leaves radar emitter properties out of account and clustering sorting accuracy rate is not high. The improved method gets the weights of feature parameters in radar emitter by the variable precision rough set model in advance, the weighting matrix is composed of optimum feature weights and computes similarity uses it, then fast clustering sorting method of radar signals by using similarity of border pulse. Simulation results show thatthe improved method maintains ability of fast sorting, and improves the clustering sorting accuracy rate greatly, it provides a new way to solve fastclustering sorting problem of radar signals under complex conditions
