流加发酵法生产碱性蛋白酶

摘    要:采用流加法生产碱性蛋白酶,与分批发酵法相比,产酶活力提高10%以上,特别是以糊精为碳源时,产酶活力可提高20%以上。

Abstract:In this paper, the fermentation conditions of the alkaline Proteinase Producing strain bacillus lichenifomis 2709 were studied. It was found that the semi-batch fermentation could increases the activity of alkaline proteinase by 10% than that the batch fermen-tation, specifically, in dextrin as carbon source, the activity of alkaline proteinase has increased by 20%.
