| 摘 要： | 从社会因素、企业内部因素、技术因素3方面探讨了建筑企业机械设备向社会化经营租赁的方向发展的趋势，以及施工设备社会化租赁的优越性，针对建筑企业机械设备使用率偏低的状况，提出了机械设备社会化经营租赁的几种方法。

| Abstract: | From three aspects of the social factor, enterprise internal factor and technical factor, this paper probes into the trend of the socialized operating and leasing of the building enterprise's machines, expounds the superiorities of the building enterprises in aspect of developing the socialized leasing of the construction machines, and in the light of the situation that the use ratio of the machines and equipment of the building enterprises is lower, puts forward several methods for the socialized operating and leasing of the machines and equipment. |
