虚拟制造的定义与关键技术

摘    要:介绍了“虚拟制造”研究和应用情况,并进行了归纳和分析。就“虚拟制造”的内涵与涉及到的关键技术进行了探讨。从企业生产全过程的角度提出了虚拟加工、虚拟生产、虚拟企业三个平台的体系结构。基于大制造概念,将可制造性分解为可加工性、可生产性、可合作性三个部分。介绍了中国国家计算机集成制造系统工程研究中心正在建立的支持企业生产全过程的虚拟制造平台框架及体系结构。

Abstract:The reseach and development situation of virtual manufacturing (VM) and its potential roles are introduced. The connotation of VM is discussed and some critical techniques related VM are presented. A new technical architecture of VM is introduced, which has been researched by CIMS Engineering Research Center (ERC) of China from the view point of whole production process in an enterprise. Some new concepts, such as produciability, cooperatabilty, besides well known concept manufacturability, are presented. Underconstructed virtual manufacturing environment in CIMS ERC is shown.
