构建目标定向机制的就业指导模式初探——关于广东省高等农业院校计算机专业就业指导工作的思考

广东省高等农业院校的计算机专业，受学科劣势、用人单位对传统农业院校的认识不当及学生自身定位等因素的影响，毕业生就业压力相对较大，传统的、通用性的就业指导模式已很难适应计算机专业的就业需要。本文在分析广东省高等农业院校的计算机专业就业特点的基础上，将教育心理学领域的“成就目标定向”理论引入就业指导服务体系，探讨构建目标定向机制的就业指导模式。

Study on Establishing Objebtive-orientedMechanical Employment Instruction Mode——Thought about Employment Instruction mode of Computer Major from Gricultural University in Guangdong Province

Effected by disadvantage of this major itself,unproper congnition from Personnel Unit and student's orientation of themself,the graduents of this major from agricultural university in Guangdong province are facing great employment pressure.Traditonal employment instruction mode can't meet the employment command from computer major graduents.On the basis of analyzing the employment characteristic and tendency of computer major graduents from agricultural university,introducing the objective-oriented theory in the education psycological area into employment instruction service system,this article discusses the objective-oriented mechanical employment instrution mode.
