三镜折叠腔内腔倍频高功率绿光激光器

摘    要:随着LD侧面泵浦技术的提高,高功率连续绿光激光器得到了更广泛的应用。通过推导出三镜折叠腔的传输矩阵,讨论了三镜折叠腔的稳定性与各参数之间的关系。经过参数优化和实验调整,在驱动电流为20A时,获得功率高达7W的连续绿光输出。

Abstract:Along with the enhancement of LD side-pump technology, high-power continuous green laser is now in widespread use. By inferring ray matrix of three-mirror-fold cavity, relations between the stability and various parameters are discussed. After parameter optimization and the experiment, when the actuating electric current is 20 A, the continuous green laser is obtained, whose power reaches as high as 7 W.
