| 摘 要： | 终身体育理念下高师体育教学改革具有重要性、必要性.转变教学观念.改革教学内容、教学方法和手段,构建多元评价体系,延长体育课开课时间,加强课外体育活动,加大体育设施和经费的投入以及提高教师素质,是实现高师终身体育教学改革的对策.
