| Abstract: | Based on the test results of 14 unbonded partially prestressed con crete beams, the distribution and development of the cracks and the stress of the unbonded bars of the beams are investigated under service load. According to the test results and theoretical analyses, a method of calculating the crack width of unbonded partially prestressed concrete beams is presented. The values calculated are in good accordance with the test results, and a unite calculation system can be formed by combining this method with the one for bonded partially prestressed concrete beams. |
