| 摘 要： | 经济发展到一定阶段，文化作为一种资源、一种资本参与经济活动，是一种必然趋势。但是，文化资源是一种内生性和不可再生性资源，具有本体性、历史性和效用性特征。在经济发展的新阶段，要在妥善、合理保护文化资源的基础上，整体、深度、可持续地挖掘文化资源的人文内涵和历史价值，从而构建和谐社区，推进区域经济持续发展。
