| Abstract: | Objective： To enhance the consciousness of nursing staff to avoid the confrontations. Methods： The measures, such as strengthening the management to improve the care quality, changing the service ideas and attitude, were applied. Results： The risk of confrontation was reduced. Conclusion：These measures reduce the risk of confrontation to a minimum and safequard the rights and interests of nurse and patient at the same time. |
