造纸黑液作为萤石浮选药剂的研究

利用黑液含有胶体SiO2及有较高pH值的特点,将黑液作为萤石浮选药剂.纯矿物试验表明,适量黑液对萤石抑制很弱,对方解石抑制较强.用H2SO4将黑液处理后并按30%的体积比加入矿浆中,可得品位93.76%、回收率86.50%的萤石粗精矿.精选中加入10%的黑液,可得品位99.18%、回收率78.50%的萤石精矿.

Black Liquor as Reagents of Fluorite Flotation

Black liquor ,containing colloid SiO 2and being higher alkalinity,can be used as reagents of fluorite flotation . Purity minerals flotation tests showed that black liquor , when its ratio in the pulp was suitable , depressed calcite strongly and fluorite poorly.A fluorite rough concentrate with a grade 93.76% and recovery 86.50% was obtained by adding 30% black liquor , which was treated with H 2SO 4,into the pulp.The concentrate was grade of 99.18% and recovery was 78.50% in an opencircuit test in which cleaners 10% black liquor was used.
