| 摘 要： | 为了用８ｍｍ波段傅里叶变换谱仪测量气体的转动吸收谱线，研制了一个用作气体样品池的圆柱螺旋腔．讨论了如何通过选择腔体结构和耦合方式抑制干扰模，并对腔的模式纯度和有载ＱＬ值进行了测试．
