米非司酮与丹那唑治疗子宫内膜异位症疗效比较

选择子宫内膜异位症患者90例，非随机性分为A，B两组，每组45人。A组口服米非司酮每日1次，每次25mg，B组口服丹那唑，每日2－3次，每次200mg。疗程均为6月，随访6－30个月。其结果为米非司酮组症状缓解率95．6％，体征缓解率75．6％，妊娠率69．2％，复发率31．8％，丹那唑组症状缓解率97．5％，体征缓解率80％，妊娠率71．4％，复发率42．6％，两组相比较，疗效及复发率均无显著性差异（P＞0．05）,米非司酮组体重增加率6．6％，谷丙转氨酶（ALT）异常率2．2％，丹那唑组体重增加率95．6％，ALT异常率42．2％，两组相比较，统计学有显著性差异（P＜0．05）.米非司酮是作用于受体水平的抗孕酮药物，可抑制卵巢功能导致闭经，使异位子宫内膜萎缩，疼痛缓解。其疗效与丹那唑相似，但副作用显著减少。

THE THERAPEUTIC EFFECTS OF MIFEPRISTONE ON ENDOMETRIOSIS COMPARED WITH DANAZOL

The object was to investigate the therapeutic effects and side effects of mifepristone on endometriosis. 90 patients suffering from endometriosis weve selected and divided non-randomly into A and B groups. Group A was administered tablets of mifepristone 25 mg q.d. whereas Group B was administered tablets of Danazol 200 mg, Bid or Tid, for 6 months and followed up for 6~30 months For/Group A, the remission rate of symptoms was 95.6%, the remission rate of physical signs was 75.6%, the prgnancy rate was 69.2%, and the recurrence rate was 31.8%. For Group B, the remission rate of symptoms was 97.5%, the remission rate of physical signs was 80%, the pregnancy rate was 71.4%, and the recurrence rate was 42.6%. The differences in therapeutic effects and recurrence rate between the about groups did not have any statistic significance. The weight gain rate and abnormal rate of ALT of Group A were 6.6% and 2.2% separately. The weight gain rate and abnormal rate of ALT of Group B was 95.6% and 42.2% spearately. The differences in the groups had obvions statistic significance. fence as the study indicated, mifepristone was similar to Danazol in the therapeutic effects on endometriosis, but misfepritone had fewer side effects and was widely applied in clinical treatment.
