掺纳米SiO2粉体高性能混凝土力学特性研究

摘    要:纳米材料因其特殊的物理力学特性而受到广泛的关注。在普通混凝土中掺入不同比例的纳米SiO2粉,并对其力学特性进行深入的实验研究。实验结果表明,0.5%~1%纳米SiO2对混凝土的和易性影响最大。掺1.5%~3%纳米SiO2可显著提高混凝土7 d和28 d的抗压强度,对于混凝土抗压强度来说纳米SiO2的最佳掺量为1.5%的总胶凝材料用量。

Abstract:Nano materials have received extensive attention Because of its special physical and mechanical properties. In this paper, lengthy research and analysis have been made on mechanical properties of normal concrete mixed with different amount of nano-SiO2. Results indicate that 0.5%~1% addition of nano-SiO2 into the mix will result in increasing the workability. It is obvious that 0.5%~1% addition of nano-SiO2 into the concrete can increase the compressive strength in 7 day age and the 28 day age and its optimum additive amount has been found out.
