| 摘 要： | 我国的高等职业教育起步较晚，高职院校后勤服务大多保留中专模式和借鉴本科模式，很难满足高职院的发展现状。本文以徐州建筑职业技术学院为例，分别从学院层面、经营层面、服务实施层面探讨高职院校后勤服务优化措施。

| Abstract: | The vocational education in china started relatively late,as a result, the logistic service remained the old model.It was hard to satisfy the need of the development.By exemplifying Xu Zhou vocational institute of architectural technology, this essay tired to put forwards the improving methods from the aspects of college level, management level and the implementing level. |
