| 摘 要： | 目的探讨超低和极低体重新生儿早期呼吸系统并发症的发生情况．认识NICU呼吸管理的重要性。方法对102例超低和极低出生体重儿临床资料进行回顾分析，结果呼吸暂停发生率为69．61％．其中15．49％表现为梗阻性呼吸暂停。新生儿呼吸窘迫综合征（NRDS）发生率48．04％，肺炎占30．39％．痊愈率81．37％。体重越低．RDS、呼吸暂停、肺炎的发生率越高（P〈0．01）。结论对超低和极低出生体重儿密切监护，加强呼吸管理．是救治早产儿的重要环节，可提高成活率和生存质量。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the incidence of respiratory complications in extremely low and very low weight neonates,and to recognize the importance of respiratory tract management.Method The clinical datas of 102 cases of extremely low and very low birth weight infants were analyzed retrospectively.Result The incidence of apnea is 69.61%,and 15.49% of these cases were found obstructive apnea.Neonatal respiratory distress syndrome(NRDS) occurred in 48.04% of these neonates,and the incidence of pneumonia is 30.... |
