NaCl对菜豆叶片光合CO2和水分交换效应的研究

摘    要:NaCl处理后,菜豆幼苗叶片的净光合速率降低,叶片的气孔导度和蒸腾速率都大幅下降,幼叶的细胞间隙CO2浓度降低,光合的气孔限制值升高,而老叶细胞间隙CO2浓度却升高,光合的气孔限制值降低,NaCl处理使幼叶的WUE升高,老叶的WUE下降,NaCl处理下菜豆幼苗对幼叶气孔导度的降低不一定是由其水分关系的改变引起。

Abstract:The net photosynthetic rate of bean seedling was decreased by NaCl.Leaf stomatal conductance and transpiration rate were obviously decreased.In the younger leaf,the internal CO 2 concentration was decreased by NaCl,the photosynthetic stomatal limitation increased by NaCl.In the older leaf,on the contrary,the former increased,the latter decreased.The water use efficiency in the younger leaf was increased by NaCl,while that of the old leaf decreased by NaCl.Under NaCl stress,the drop of stomatal conductance in the younger bean leaf was not necessarily induced by its water relation change.
