灭活疫苗对鲤鱼血清溶菌酶和腹腔吞噬细胞活性的作用

摘    要:腹腔注射豚鼠气单胞菌灭活疫苗可以提高吞噬细胞和血清溶菌酶的活性,强化免疫后72h腹腔吞噬细胞活性和血清溶菌酶活性最高,吞噬率为39.83%,吞噬指数为1.872,而对照组的吞噬率为26.70%,吞噬指数为1.286,血清溶菌酶活性为68400U/ml,而对照组为20190U/ml,我们认为,非特异性免疫活性的增强是鱼用疫苗的一种重要的免疫机制。

Abstract:The activities of serum lysozyme and interitoneal phagocytes of Cyprinus carpio increse after intraperitoneal injection with deactivation.The highest activities emerged 72 hours after the last immunization,the phagocytic ration was 39.83% and phagocytic index was 1.827,compared with the ration of 26.70% and the index of 1.286 in the control group;the activity of serum lysozyme was 68 400 U/ml, compared with that of 20 190 U/ml in the control group.It is suggested that to enhance the nonspecific immunity of fish is an imporant immunological mechanism of fish vaccines.
