NaCl和CHS对棉花幼苗的渗透胁迫效应

摘    要:在短期条件下,用CHS(浓缩Hoagland培养液)、CHS并在根际加压、NaCl溶液、NaCl溶液并在根际加压处理棉花幼苗,CHS与NaCl溶液等渗(渗适势均为-0.48MPa),根据加压+0.48MPa。结果表明NaCl和CHS的渗透胁迫效应可抑制棉花幼苗的生长,还可减少叶蒸腾率、植物体含水量并降低木质部汁液渗透势。

Abstract:Short_time effects of isosmotic concentrated Hoagland culture solution(CHS) and NaCl solution with and without pressure(osmotic potential of both CHS and NaCl solution are -0.48MPa,pressure is 0.48MPa)on cotton seedlings were studied.The results show that the relative leaf expansion rate,transpiration,water content and osmotic potential of xylem sap were decreased by the osmotic stress of both NaCl solution and CHS.
