摘    要:目的:了解腰椎间盘突出症患者体内锌、铜代谢规律。方法:将48例腰椎间盘突出症患者分为3组(青年、中老、老年组),测定其血清、尿液和髓核细胞锌、铜的含量。结果:血清和髓核组织中锌、铜含量随增龄呈逐渐增高趋势,尿锌含量逐渐减少,尿铜含量各年龄组间无明显改变(P〉0.05)。髓核组织中锌含量曲线与血清锌存在明显相关性(r=0.978,P〈0.01);与尿锌含量呈负相关性(r=-0.959,P〈0.01)

Abstract:Aim: In order to observe the metabolism rules of coppor, zinc in patients with prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc. Methods: Copper, zinc contents in serum, urine and nucleus pulposus were determined in 48 patients with prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc. Patients were dividedinto three groups (youth, middle age and old age groups). Results: The results showed that zinc, copper contents in serum and nucleus pulposus were increased, urine zinc content were decreased and there were no marked change of urine copper in different age groups. The zinc contents of nucleus pulposus and that of serum were positively related ( r =0.978, P <0.01), while zinc of nucleus pulposus and that of urine were negatively related ( r -0.978, P <0.01). Conclusion: Cu and Zn contents had some influence on nucleus pulposus retrognade degeneration and fibsosis, there is some coordinate relation of zn metalolism between serum and nucleus pulposus, but there is not any relation between changes of Cu content in the serum and nucleus pulposus to the changes of Cu content excreated in the urine.
