| Abstract: | This paper talks in detail about the methods of collecting and searching the information of the peer-reviewers when the peer-reviewers database are constructed,probes into some problems needing attention in maintaining and using the peer-reviewers database,and points out that the editorial department should strengthen the sentimental relation between the peer-reviewers and the editors for ensuring the high-quality and high-efficiency of the peer reviewing work. |
