摘    要:为了研究两阶段拌和对沥青混合料的影响,采用试验评价与细观图像处理技术,对常规拌和与两阶段拌和的沥青混合料路用性能及细观结构进行分析。研究内容包括:两阶段拌和的最佳沥青掺配比确定、常规拌和与两阶段拌和的沥青混合料力学性能对比、不同拌和方法的试件断面细观结构分析。研究结果表明,两阶段拌和对大粒径和大空隙的沥青混合料力学性能提升明显,水稳性和耐高温性有明显提高。研究成果对两阶段拌和的沥青混合料应用具有一定的参考价值。

Comparative study on road performance of asphalt mixture with different mixing methods

Abstract:In order to study the influence of two-stage mixing on asphalt mixture, the road performance and meso-structure of conventional and two-stage mixing asphalt mixture were analyzed by experimental evaluation and meso-image processing technology. The research contents include: the determination of the optimal asphalt mixing ratio for two-stage mixing, the comparison of mechanical properties between conventional and two-stage mixing asphalt mixtures, and the analysis of meso-structure of specimen sections with different mixing methods. The results show that the mechanical properties, water stability and high temperature resistance of the asphalt mixture with large particle size and large voids are significantly improved by two-stage mixing. The research results have certain reference value for the application of two-stage mixing asphalt mixture.
