| 摘 要： | 对高职商英学生的英语口语现状及其成因进行调查和分析,并提出相应的对策:改革考试制度,实施过程式考核;提供良好的口语训练环境,调动学生自主学习口语的积极性;改进口语课程设置,加强专业师资力量;加强口语实训教学,培养学生职场口语能力。

| Abstract: | The paper first analyzes the problems existing in the current oral business English teaching and learning and the reasons behind them in vocational colleges.Then the author puts forward some countermeasures against them,such as： reforming the assessment system;providing good English-speaking environment;setting rational courses;improving teaching staff and strengthening oral English practical teaching. |
