电力变压器优化设计软件包的实现

摘    要:鉴于电力变压器人工设计生产成本高、精度及产品质量偏低等弊端,提出一个基于计算处理技术进行电力变压器优化设计的方案,给出了电力变压器优化设计与实施的基本过程及其主要技术方法.通过VisualLISP编程方法,将设计结果放置在AutoCAD桌面设计环境中,在CAD(Computer-Aided Design)处理环境的支持下,用户可获得变压器优化设计方案.与人工设计相比,新方法设计成本、材料成本降低15%左右,精度与产品质量明显提高,并解决了一般软件包设计方案完成后需要二次完善的问题.

Abstract:An optimization design scheme of the transformer based on computational and treatment technique is proposed against numerous abuses of manual design of electric power transformer, such as the high production cost, the low quality and short precision of products. The basic design flowchart of the optimization scheme and the main technical methods are illustrated including how to put forward the design results on AutoCAD desktop environment by using Visual LISP programming. We can obtain the optimization design scheme for electric power transformer under the support of CAD(Computer-Aided Design) operation environment, which does not need re-|modification after optimization as the ordinary design of software package. Compared with manual design, the design and material cost was cut by about 15 per cent, while the products precision and quality is improved obviously.
