| 摘 要： | 依据水质采样技术指导GB12998--1991，采集沈阳市11个样点180份样品生活饮用水和2个样点16个样品的生活热水进行菌落总数和总大肠菌群数的检测，并根据生活饮用水卫生标准GB5749--2006进行评价。结果表明，管网末梢水菌落总数和总大肠菌群数合格率分别为100％和97．4％，说明集中式供水的处理工艺和管网中余氯可获得较好的微生物学指标。自备井水样品菌落总数合格率100％，但总大肠菌群数合格率仅93．7％，说明水源污染或缺乏必要的净化和处理工艺，造成部分样品总大肠菌群数指标不合格。生活热水样品的菌落总数和总大肠菌群数严重超标，揭示了由于水温和流速影响生活热水污染的潜在可能性。

| Abstract: | 180 daily drinking water samples from 11 sampling sites and 16 daily hot water samples from 2 sampling sites have been collected according to Water Quality Guidance on Sampling Techniques GB12998-1991.The numbers of aerobic bacterial and total coliform bacteria have been investigated and evaluated with standards for Drinking Water Quality GB5749-2006.The results show that the aerobic bacterial count of samples from tap water is under the limit while the total coliform bacteria is up to the grade of standard... |
