萝卜与小白菜属间杂交的初步研究

摘    要:以萝卜(Raphanus sativus L.)与小白菜(Brassica ssp.chinensis L.)进行属间杂交,研究不亲和性发生的时期,并通过胚抢救克服属间杂交的不亲和性.试验结果表明:萝卜与小白菜的属间杂交的平均结荚率为89.7%,而胚珠在第6天开始出现败育,胚珠成活的最长时间为10d.实验说明萝卜和小白菜的不亲和发生在胚发育过程中,授粉后第5~7天进行胚抢救可获得成活苗,成苗率为3.3%.

Abstract:Radish(Raphanus sativus L.) and green Chinese cabbage(Brassica chinensis L.) were intergenericly hybridized to study the timing of incompatibility period.The embryos were rescued to overcome the incompatibility of intergeneric hybridization.The results showed that the average rate of podding was 89.7%,the embryos began to abort in the sixth day,and the longest em-bryo life was 10 days.They indicated that the incompatibility of the hybrid between radish and green Chinese cabbage occurred in the embryo development period.After 5 7 days of pollination,res-cued embryos could survive and the seedling rate was 3.3%.
