摘    要:利用中心组合设计法(CCD),对蔗渣半纤维素的纤维素溶剂的木质纤维素组分分离(CSLF法)进行优化.在单因素实验的基础上,确定磷酸质量分数、磷酸蔗渣液固比和水浴温度是影响蔗渣半纤维素提取的3个关键因素.以半纤维素提取率为响应目标,采用CCD和响应面分析法(RSM),确定CSLF法半纤维素的最佳提取工艺:磷酸质量分数为83%,磷酸蔗渣液固比为8.95 mL·g-1和水浴温度为48.94 ℃.结果表明:蔗渣半纤维素提取率可达到75.29%,比优化前提高9%.

Abstract:In this study, the central composition design(CCD)was applied to optimize the cellulose solvent-based lignocelluloses fractionation(CSLF)extraction conditions of the sugarcane bagasse hemicelluloses. The single factor test results showed that the H3PO4 concentration, the ratio of H3PO4 to sugarcane bagasse, and the temperature were the main affecting factors. With hemicelluloses extraction rate as the target response, the optimal extraction conditions were determined by CCD and response surface method(RSM). The optimal extraction conditions were 83% H3PO4 concentration, 8.95 mL·g-1 ratio of H3PO4 to sugarcane bagasse and 48.94 ℃ with sugarcane bagasse hemicelluloses extraction efficiency reaching up to 75.29%, which was 9% higher than that of the initial.
