PHC管桩受弯承载力非线性分析

摘    要:基于ABAQUS软件,对预应力高强混凝土(PHC)管桩受弯承载力进行非线性数值模拟.采用降温法施加预应力,混凝土本构采用损伤塑性模型,预应力筋采用弹塑性模型.对比PHC管桩线弹性模拟与非线性模拟可知:两种分析方法在管桩开裂前的受力性状是一致,但在管桩进一步受力破坏时表现出很大差别.将非线性模拟得到的开裂弯矩、极限弯矩与先张法预应力混凝土管桩中管桩抗弯性能表所提供的开裂弯矩和极限弯矩进行比较.结果表明:文中采用的本构模型和模拟参数是可靠的.

Abstract:Based on the nonlinear finite element software ABAQUS, the bend-carrying capacity of prestressed high strength concrete(PHC)pipe piles is studied nonlinearly. Taking the cooling method to apply prestress, adopting the damage plastic model as the constitutive relationship of reinforced concreted, and adopting the elastic plastic model of the prestress tendon, the linear elastic and nonlinear simulations of PHC pile are carried out. The stress results of two methods are similar before pipe pile cracking, but stress differences between two results vary greatly after cracking. The comparison of cracking moments and ultimate moments between nonlinear simulation and the prestressed concrete pipe pile bending performance table, indicates the constitutive model and simulation parameters is reliable.
