| 摘 要： | 目的 报告应用脑室内灌注复达欣治疗严重颅内感染21例。方法 床边锥颅侧脑室前角穿刺置管，复达欣灌注，结合腰穿脑脊液引流法。结果 本组2例因多脏器衰竭死亡，1例因复发病死亡，颅内感染均达治愈。结论 采用脑室内复达欣灌注治疗颅内感染是提高治愈率、降低死亡率的有效方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To report treatment of 21 cases of encephalic infection by perfusing Fu Daxin into ventricles of brain.Methods Puncture was operated and tube was placed in former cornu of ventricles of brain.Fu Daxin was perfused into ventricles of brain which associated with brain of cerebrospinal fluid by lumbar puncture.Results All of encephalic infection were cured except 2 cases of death from multi viscera exhaustion and one case of death from protopathy.Conclusion Treatment of encephalic infection by perfusing Fu Daxin into ventricles of brain was effective in raising cure rate and decreasing death rate. |
