| 摘 要： | 本文提出的是容错存储器系统设计的一种实现方法,从硬件冗余方面提高系统的可靠性.设计中采用双模冗余结构,给出了故障检测的软件程序框图.讨论了切换电路硬件及软件设计,并经过实验验证了其可行性.最后,对系统进行了可靠性分析.

| Abstract: | In this paper, the author discusses the method for faulttolerent memory system which increases system reliability in hardware redundant. Double mode redundancy structure can be used in the design. The author gives the software program diagram of fault checking. In the meanwhile, the author discusses also the hardware and software of alternate circuit, proves their suitability and finally analyses the system reliability. |
