传输线行波匹配新概念放大器

摘    要:从传输线行波匹配的原理出发,以普通的分布式放大器理论为基础,提出了用传输线行波匹配的方法设计单级宽带放大器的新概念.主要讨论了据此概念而导出的一种新概念放大器,这种放大器的性能远优于普通分市式放大器.它具有较好的宽带匹配及较为平坦的增益特性,其增益带宽积及工作效率均比普通的分布式放大器提高了一倍,设计灵活简单,便于集成化.本文给出了这种新概念放大器的基本工作原理及其设计方法.最后,通过计算机模拟分析软件SPICE设计了一个性能较为出色的、两级级联的新概念放大器,它工作于DC-17GHZ,增益为10.6dB.

Abstract:This paper,in accordance with the concept of the transmission line traveling wave matching and the theory of the distributed amplifier,describes a new concept amplifier which is cascadable.This kind of the amplifier can be designed to give a flat,low-pass andband-pass response up to very high frequencies.The properties of the new concept amplifier are better than those of the distributed amplifier.Its gain-bandwidth product,power outpout per unit FET the efficiency can be two times as much as the distriuted amplifier.Moreover,it can be even easier to design such gain stages with their flu gain and good terminal match properties than other kinds of amplifiers. This paper presents the principles of the new amplifier.As simple examples,this paper also designs and analyses a single stage amplifier which has 5.3dB gain over DC-19Ghz and a two-stages one delivering 10.6dB gain over DC- 17.5GHZby the SPICE simulation programme.
