摘    要:提出了利用x射线衍射法的分析纸张中纤维取向的简便方法,该方法能定量计算出纸张中纤维取向的角分布函数,基于对纸张原料及纸张的X射线衍射方位角扫描谱半高宽度的测量。对几种商品纸的填料取向也作了分析,从x射线方位角扫描谱的分析表明:滑石粉、高岭土和硫酸顿在纸张中都存在沿纤维方向的品轴取向,而装饰纸中TiO2填料的晶轴取向不明显。

Abstract:A simple analytical method of fibre onientation in paper by X-ray diffraction has been proposed to calculate quantitatively the angle distribution function of fibre orientaion of paper. It is based on the measurement of half height width of azimuthal angle scan curve on (002) plane diffraction for paper and its raw material. These orientation parameters governing the fibre orientation distribution function involving through view, edge view and end view are obtained directly from the paper-polymer laminates. Once this function is known, it is possible to generate a series of curves of the angle distrbution of fibres and of the X--ray diffaction intensity on (002) plane. These curves indicate that this method is quite sensitive to fibre orientation since a significant change in the angle distribution function of fibres causes a significant change in the intensity function. It is rapid for a series of paper samples involving the same raw material.The orientation of filling compound in paper was studied at the same time. The azimuthal angle scan curves from commercial papers show that the inorganic materials such as kaolinite,talcum powder and barium sulphate are oriented along the cellulose fibres with their crystallographic axis at a definite disposition with respect to the cellulose fibre axis. It is not appreciable to TiO2 in decorative paper.
