| 摘 要： | 通过体质测试、文献资料法、数理统计法和问卷调查等,对暨南大学来自香港、澳门的大学生的体质状况进行分析,结果表明：港澳大学生的总体体质状况优于全国均值,但肥胖率和近视率较高。建议进一步加强健康教育,培养港澳大学生体育锻炼习惯,促进港澳大学生养成积极健康的生活方式;有关教学部门应建立体质健康测量与评价反馈系统,根据每个学生具体的体质状况由专职教师制定合适的运动处方,并进行动态监测,使学生的体质锻炼更符合个体化、科学化。

| Abstract: | The paper has made an analysis by using methods of testing, literature review, mathematical statistics and questionnaires to investigate the physique of university students from Hong Kong and Macaw. The result shows that the physique of university students from Hang Kong and Macaw is better than that of the average of country＇s average level. It also shows that their rate of hypometropia and obesity is comparatively higher. |
